- Assembly by sliding is a patented system which makes putting the slats together or apart easy. This assembly is possible thanks to the removable end caps.
- The traditional clipped assembly method remains possible.
1-ASSEMBLY METHODS
To make slat assembly easier in tight spaces, we offer two assembly methods.
If you choose to slide the slats, please indicate this on the order form.
2 -WATERTIGHTNESS THANKS TO GLUING
Using this technique, the slat size can be adapted on site. Once the slat has been cut to size, a new plug is fitted (available from the spare parts catalogue), it is then easy to refit the original end cap.
3 -END CAP SIZES
We have 3 available end cap sizes (XL / Standard / S) to best adjust the slat dimensions. They can be used to adjust by more or less 1 cm per side (or 2 cm per slat).

EXTRUDED PVC SLATS
- Width 69 mm / thickness 13 mm.
- No lead-based additive.
- Resistance to staining from organic deposits.
- Material compliant with age resistance requirements defined by standard NF T54-405-1: 2013.
- UV treatment.
END CAPS
- Fitted on each length of the slat.
- 3 sizes available: S (15 mm), standard (25 mm), XL (35 mm). By default, our orders are shipped with standard end caps.
- Radius end caps for corners and stairs.
