Gender equality index

We have transmitted to the services of the French Minister of Labor our indicators and our level of results in regards to the gender pay gap for the year 2022 related to the 2021 data at CF Group France - DEL SAS in accordance with the provisions of Article D.1142-5 of the French Labor Code.

 

We reported an overall index of 81, broken down by indicator as follows:

  • Indicator difference in the rate of individual increases: 35
  • Indicator of return from maternity leave: 15
